Role Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations at Isha Foundation's Coimbatore South center. Key responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with different departments, implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of programs and projects. The role involves actively contributing to the planning and supervision of organizational goals and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operational Management and MEP Project Planning methodologies
• Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in Team Leadership, Communication, and Leadership Development
• Knowledge of Budget Management, Resource Allocation, and Process Optimization
• Ability to foster cross-departmental Collaboration and build strategic processes
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering / Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
• Experience working in mission-driven organizations or nonprofit sectors is beneficial
