Skills & Experience Requirements
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Isansys Lifecare India Pvt Ltd. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, financial planning, budget management, and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our services. The expected skills are -
- Good knowledge of operations and financial management in any Domain. Healthcare preferable
- Basic degree in operations, accounting, finance, business administration or related operations management streams
- Must be able to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal support
- Exposure to quality management and regulatory aspects would be an added advantage
- Good written and spoken communication skills to effectively liaise with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of hospital working environment would be an added advantage
- Excellent data management skills using Microsoft Excel and other operational management tools
Four to Five years of experience in above areas would be preferable. Candidates with little lower experience but willingness, energy to learn new skills and flair for operations management can also be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include –
- Operations Management - Operations include customer order fulfilment, Supply chain & logistics, Inventory management and day to day business operations including but not limited to the following -
o Day to day operational management involving procurement/sourcing of items and distribution to various hospitals
o Forecasting of requirements based on demand-supply situations and data analysis
o Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
o Oversee Manufacturing activities
o Ensure operations comply with legal regulations and maintain high quality standards
o Analyse supply chain data and develop appropriate dashboards for business insights and decision making
o Maintain organizational records (Customer Data, Employee Data, Asset Data, Vendor data etc) for quality
management audits/examinations
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
o Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Financial Management - own day‑to‑day budget control, cost optimisation, cash‑flow impact of operations, financial reporting for operational metrics, supplier/payment controls, and supporting strategic financial planning and capital projects.
o Budgeting & P&L Control
o Cost Management & Optimisation
o Working Capital & Procurement Controls
o Financial Reporting & KPIs
o Risks, Compliances and Internal Controls
Location & Timings
- 1 position in Bangalore
- He/she is expected to follow normal India office timings from Monday to Saturday
- Occasional travel outside Bangalore may be required
