Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager for our Kochi location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments, analyzing operational performance, and implementing process improvements. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Operations Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and facilitate consistent communication between different stakeholders to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor processes and strategies effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Leadership, team management, and communication skills to lead teams, promote collaboration, and ensure effective coordination.
- Experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency.
- Understanding of the life sciences or education sectors, with the ability to align operations to industry needs.
- Proficiency in using tools and software for operational management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in an educational or training-oriented organization is a plus.
