Role Description
This full-time, remote Operations Manager role involves overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in logistics and supply chain services. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of services for clients. The role also requires regular performance monitoring, process improvement, and effective resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong operational strategy development, project management, and resource planning skills
- Proficiency in logistics, supply chain management, and business process optimization
- Excellent team collaboration, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working with IoT-enabled systems or technology-driven solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using operational tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly in logistics, is highly beneficial
