Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager based in Aurangabad Taluka. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient functioning of business processes, and monitor adherence to organizational standards and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will include supervising and guiding teams, managing resources, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and organizational planning
- Experience in customer service operations and ensuring service excellence
- Knowledge of financial products and services such as loans, insurance, and digital banking solutions is a plus
- Ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in operations management in a financial services or banking environment is desirable
