Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of projects and installations while ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines. Responsibilities include managing procurement and logistics, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves communication with clients, coordination between departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for project management and process optimization
- Proficiency in supplier management, procurement, and logistics coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in operations
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics for informed decision-making
- Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
