Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day transportation operations, manage the fleet, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to meet client needs. Responsibilities include supervising vehicle schedules, coordinating with drivers, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and resolving operational issues efficiently. The role also requires monitoring maintenance activities, streamlining operational workflows, and providing proactive solutions to enhance service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Operations Management skills, including team supervision and process efficiency
- Strong understanding of fleet management, logistics, and transportation regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with staff and clients
- Proficiency in using transportation management and GPS tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or operations management is an advantage
