Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily workflows, ensure operational efficiency, manage teams, and collaborate with multiple departments to align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring client service delivery, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The role also includes regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and achieve desired outcomes effectively.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee operational teams effectively
  • Proficiency in process improvement, resource management, and operational strategy development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in claims management, customer service excellence, and achieving key operational targets
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration or insurance processes is an advantage
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
