Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily workflows, ensure operational efficiency, manage teams, and collaborate with multiple departments to align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring client service delivery, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
