🔹 Operations Manager- (2 to 4 Years Minimum Experience Must)
Ideal for someone who can lead processes, improve efficiency, and manage end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee company formation processes across jurisdictions
Manage documentation, compliance (KYC), and partner coordination
Ensure timely execution and process efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements & automation
Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For:
Strong process and operations management experience
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience in compliance, backend operations, or similar domains
Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
💰 Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
