Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Operations Manager will oversee holidays operations management. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, optimizing workflows, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. The individual will also contribute to strategic planning and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Strong experience in operations management in holidays.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer service, vendor management, and teamwork
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including tour operations and DMC management.
- Proficiency in using travel management software, CRM tools, etc.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in travel agency operations or tourism services is a strong advantage
