Role Description
HAPTRIP is seeking a dedicated, full-time Operations Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of travel-related services, from coordinating bookings to monitoring service delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with travel partners, optimizing operational processes, resolving client concerns, managing budgets, and maintaining high-quality customer experiences. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with various teams to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization in operations.
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including knowledge of travel logistics and coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and booking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is desired.
