Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency in all processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include staff management, process improvement, inventory supervision, and ensuring seamless patient experiences. The role also includes analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to achieve operational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Operational Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Optimization skills
- Team Leadership, Staff Management, and Training capabilities
- Inventory Management and Resource Allocation experience
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with healthcare operations is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
