Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth event execution, and managing resources effectively. Key responsibilities include scheduling and organizing team-building programs, liaising with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring high quality service delivery. Additionally, the role involves process improvement, budget management, and ensuring adherence to timelines while fostering collaboration among internal teams.
