Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Tiruvallur. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, including planning, execution, and process improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, managing warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to service quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization. The role also involves overseeing cross-functional teams, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing cost-effective solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Proficiency in process improvement and resource optimization
- Experience in team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and KPI tracking
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and logistics tools
- Familiarity with industries such as Automotive, Steel, or Electronics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
