Global Credit Solutions (GCS) Worldwide is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead our collections and client management operations. 🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collection Strategy & Execution – Design and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery and achieve targets.
• Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction.
• Team Management – Lead, mentor, and manage teams to drive productivity and achieve business objectives.
🔹 Required Skill Set:
• 4 - 8 years of experience
• Team Handling
• B2B process handling experience preferred
