Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Jaipur for an Operations Manager at Giftrix Technologies. The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and coordinating cross-departmental activities to meet business goals. Responsibilities include improving operational processes, managing teams, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. This role also involves liaising with stakeholders to ensure that services align with client and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office tools, reporting platforms, and operational software
- Understanding of fintech solutions, digital payment systems, and corporate rewards programs is an advantage
- Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment in Jaipur
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
