Game Wagon Rentals Pvt Ltd is on a rapid growth journey, expanding across multiple cities. We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Bangalore operations and oversee performance across our multi-city branches.
This role is perfect for someone who can build, scale, and streamline operations, manage teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Role: Operations Manager (Branch Lead)
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Rotational Off: Monday–Thursday)
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale operations across multiple cities and branches (Bangalore & Chennai)
- Set up and streamline end-to-end operational processes for new and existing branches
- Manage the complete order lifecycle – from booking, execution, delivery, to return collection of rental assets
- Oversee branch operations, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth execution
- Lead, manage, and train operations teams based on branch-specific requirements
- Conduct employee performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team development planning
- Ensure high team productivity, discipline, and accountability across locations
- Handle customer communication (calls, chats, escalations) with professionalism and quick resolution
- Track, update, and follow up on leads, bookings, and conversions
- Monitor sales performance, MIS reports, and operational metrics using Excel/Google Sheets
- Drive process improvements and standardization across all branches
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience for every event and booking
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations / Logistics / Event Management / Customer Success
- Strong experience in multi-location operations and team handling
- Ability to build processes, train teams, and scale operations from scratch
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in rental, event, or startup environments is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup ecosystem
