Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual work, creating scalable processes, and ensuring centers run smoothly across all day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with Cluster Managers, Front Desk teams, Housekeeping staff, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure operations move from issue → process → automation → execution → reporting effectively.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in systems, processes, accountability, and long-term operational improvement.
Basic Requirements (Must-Have Experience)
1. Multi-Center Operations Leadership
Have you managed operations, teams, and execution across multiple centers or locations?
2. Process Building & Automation
Have you created systems, SOPs, automations, or workflows that reduced manual operational work?
3. Escalation & Team Management
Are you confident handling operational escalations while managing teams and daily execution?
4. Inventory, Vendor & Facility Management
Do you have experience managing inventory, vendors, center upkeep, audits, maintenance, and operational standards?
5. Reporting & Operational Analysis
Can you analyze operational data, generate reports, and identify improvements based on trends and gaps?
6. Training & Accountability
Have you trained teams and built accountability systems for operational discipline and execution?
7. Ownership Mindset
Do you take complete ownership of operations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks?
What You Will Do
● Build and improve operational systems across centers
● Reduce dependency on manual work through better processes and automation
● Oversee a team of 3 Cluster Managers
● Handle on-ground operational escalations and ensure quick resolution
● Ensure centers maintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and operational readiness
● Train and monitor Front Desk and Housekeeping teams
● Manage inventory, consumables, recurring center requirements, and stock planning
● Manage vendors, operational billing, invoices, and service coordination
● Conduct operational audits and ensure action items are completed
● Generate and share weekly operational reports and updates
● Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
● Work with leadership and internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
