Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at our Gurgaon location. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate inter-departmental activities, optimize processes for efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities also include managing timelines, supervising team performance, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement in workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency in team leadership, coordination, and effective communication
- Experience in process optimization and performance improvement
- Ability to handle operational challenges and identify innovative solutions
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other operational tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in operations or a related role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude towards responsibilities
