The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple sites ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, cost control, and team performance.
This role requires strong people management, operational control, and client handling capabilities, with a focus on driving consistency and scalability.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across assigned sites
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene protocols
- Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues in real time
- Drive consistency in food quality and service standards
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients at assigned locations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients
- Drive contract compliance and service excellence
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop site teams (Chefs, Supervisors, Stewards)
- Ensure proper staffing, rostering, and attendance management
- Drive team engagement, discipline, and performance
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for capability building
Financial & Cost Control
- Manage site-level P&L (where applicable)
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and overall operational expenses
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Drive profitability through cost optimization initiatives
Compliance & Hygiene
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all sites
- Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely supply of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Ensure quality of raw materials and supplies
Reporting & MIS
- Track and report key operational metrics
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, inventory, and costs
- Ensure CRM / system discipline (if applicable)
