Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are hiring professionals with experience in Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, Electronics Manufacturing, EMS Coordination, Production Planning, Plant Operations, Lean Manufacturing, or Operations Management environments.
Key skills:
Manufacturing operations, production planning, SMT, THT, EMS coordination, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement, ERP systems, production management, quality coordination, supply chain operations, stakeholder management, NPI, reporting, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Manage manufacturing and production operations across electronics and EMS environments
• Coordinate production planning, quality, delivery timelines, and operational workflows
• Support EMS partner management, process improvements, lean initiatives, and manufacturing operations
• Partner with engineering, logistics, quality, operations, and supply chain teams
• Track production metrics, operational performance, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Eligibility:
• 6–15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Plant Operations, or Electronics Manufacturing environments
• Experience in EMS coordination, lean manufacturing, or process improvement preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, operational planning, and leadership skills
Work Model: Remote
Location: India
