Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring inventory and supply chains, maintaining customer service excellence, and optimizing workflows. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in operations management, logistics, and resource planning
- Experience in team leadership, organizational management, and problem-solving
- Project management, time management, and process optimization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in tools related to data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
- Prior experience in the food, health, or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
