Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day activities, streamline business operations, optimize workflows, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role involves collaborating with department heads, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic growth of FitCommunity and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational challenges, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Process Optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience in Team Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Financial acumen, including Budgeting and Cost Efficiency
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills to address operational challenges
- Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
