Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, supervising teams, planning and executing operational strategies, monitoring budgets and financial performance, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing metrics to evaluate performance, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial planning, and budget management
- Experience in process optimization and implementing operational strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fintech, treasury management, and fiduciary services is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; an MBA is a plus
