As we scale our two-wheeler and cab operations across the Delhi NCR region, we are seeking a strong Operations Manager to lead ground execution, partner management, and daily ride fulfillment.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will lead the complete daily operations engine of Fery — including Sister Partner management, Sourcing of Sister Partners, TL (Team Leader) pods, on-ground fulfilment, routing, society activations, and operational discipline.
This role requires high ownership, strong people management, and fast-paced execution, with direct impact on Fery’s growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply & Partner Management: Manage and motivate women riders (Sister Partners) daily
- Ensure punctual start times, shift adherence, and availability
- Monitor battery status, uniform compliance, behaviour & SOPs
- Stabilise partner earnings through routing & scheduling
- Conduct weekly training and performance reviews
2. Ride Fulfilment & SLA Management: Oversee live rides, cancellations, and ETA management
- Ensure 90%+ SLA through immediate TL intervention
- Reduce cancellations and unfulfilled rides
- Improve trust and reliability in on-demand & scheduled rides
3. TL (Team Leader) Management: Handle a team of TLs (each managing 3–4 Sister Partners)
- Set daily/weekly targets for pods
- Evaluate performance, attendance, and productivity
- Coach TLs on routing, discipline, and partner motivation
4. Society Operations & Demand Activation: Coordinate daily society activations with the marketing team
- Manage on-ground booths, demo rides, and trial users
- Convert trial riders → daily recurring riders
- Execute 20–30 society activations/month
5. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, cancellations, refunds, and service issues
- Maintain high NPS and rider satisfaction
- Build strong customer trust through timely intervention
6. Processes, Dashboards & Reporting: Maintain daily operational dashboards
- Prepare day-end, weekly, and monthly reports
- Implement operational SOPs and enforce compliance
- Participate in daily morning review calls with founders
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in Mobility / EV / Logistics / Last-mile / Field Ops
- Strong experience managing field teams (delivery, drivers, riders)
- Excellent Hindi communication + workable English
- Strong problem-solving and escalation handling
- Ability to work in fast-paced ground operations
- Comfortable with daily field visits and on-ground coordination
- Experience with dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, MIS tools)
