Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations in our Rajkot office. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing team productivity. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, implementing strategic initiatives to improve processes, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting business growth. The Operations Manager will also play a pivotal role in fostering a cohesive team environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Process Optimization skills
- Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Asset Management, Financial Services, and Insurance Processes
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting Tools
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, managing a team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus
