Job Summary
Looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of the fuel station. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.
- Ensure smooth functioning of fuel dispensing and related services.
- Monitor stock levels, fuel inventory, and daily sales.
Staff Management
- Supervise and manage pump staff and shift schedules.
- Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train and guide staff for efficient service delivery.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with local businesses and regular customers.
- Support initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in petrol pump operations / retail operations / similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and cash handling
