Operations Manager, Epik
Location : Bangalore. (In-office)
Reports to : Operations Head.
The role
Keep the 60-minute promise running. You'll manage the daily operations engine that gets the right product to the right home at the right time, and handle everything that happens when it doesn't.

Backed by InfoEdge. Currently live in Bangalore and Delhi NCR, with 4 more cities in the next 6 months. More cities means more complexity. We need someone who thrives in that.
What you'll own
Daily ops execution: demo scheduling, dispatch, delivery, returns, SLA tracking.
Warehouse coordination: picking, packing, inventory audits, stock accuracy.
Fleet and last-mile management: routing, agent coverage, on-time performance.
Escalation handling. When something breaks, you're the first call, not the last.
Operational dashboards and reporting. You track the numbers daily and flag what's slipping before it becomes a problem.
SOPs. Writing them, training the team on them, making sure they're followed.
Managing and developing a team of operations executives.
Who you are
4 to 6 years in operations at a consumer-facing company. Quick-commerce, hyperlocal, logistics, D2C, or on-demand services preferred.
You've managed warehouse operations, last-mile fulfilment, or field operations at meaningful scale. You're comfortable managing a frontline team: scheduling, productivity, attendance, performance. You've owned SLA metrics and know what it takes to actually hit them, not just report on them. You're fluent in Excel/Sheets and comfortable building your own dashboards.
Bonus: experience handling high-value or fragile inventory (electronics, appliances, premium goods).
