Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as an Operations Manager is based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage construction project timelines, coordinate with architects, designers, and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role includes optimizing budgeting and resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and resolving operational issues to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in project management, construction planning, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in construction
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in construction management is a strong advantage
