🚨 Hiring | Operations Manager – Media Industry 🚨
We are hiring experienced Operations Managers for a leading media company for the below locations:
📍 Mumbai – Regional Operations Head
📍 Bangalore – Regional Operations Head
💼 Experience Required: 15+ Years
🔹 Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complete regional operations and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across the assigned city/region.
This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between:
✔ Sales Teams
✔ Execution Teams
✔ Vendors & Labor Workforce
✔ Internal Operations & Support Teams
The candidate will also be responsible for leading and managing regional operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and successful campaign execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end execution of static and transit media campaigns
• Managing city/regional operations efficiently
• Handling and leading regional operations teams
• Coordinating with on-ground execution teams and labor staff
• Ensuring timely delivery and smooth campaign rollouts
• Handling intercity travel and regional operational activities
• Acting as a bridge between business/sales teams and execution teams
🔹 Preferred Background:
Candidates from Media / Advertising / OOH / Transit Media backgrounds will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong operational execution experience and understanding of campaign execution can also be considered.
