About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with the ability to improve efficiency and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities of the organization.
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure timely execution of projects, tasks, and deliverables.
- Handle vendor management, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking where applicable.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Support leadership in strategic planning and business operations.
- Manage team productivity, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in startup or technology-driven environments is an added advantage.
