We Are Hiring | Manager – Operations
We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager – Operations to strengthen our operational excellence and client delivery framework.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing apprenticeship and vocational programs, along with a strong understanding of compliance, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end operations of apprenticeship programs including NAPS, NATS, D.Voc., and B.Voc.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to drive performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in managing NAPS / NATS / D.Voc. / B.Voc. programs
• Strong domain expertise in compliance management and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in team handling
• Familiarity with NCR (Delhi-NCR) geography
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as per business needs
