We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and contribute to our mission of transforming patients' lives.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital and rehabilitation centre, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and supporting strategic organizational growth. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience in healthcare operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHospital & Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital and rehabilitation centre.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all operational processes.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and service delivery.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate between doctors, physiotherapists, nursing staff, patient coordinators, and administrative teams.
- Supervise administrative and operational staff.
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centric work culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings and operational reviews.
Patient Experience
- Ensure exceptional patient service throughout the treatment journey.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Develop initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
Process Improvement
- Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Facility & Vendor Management
- Oversee facility maintenance and infrastructure requirements.
- Manage vendors, procurement activities, and inventory control.
- Ensure availability of medical and non-medical supplies.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation, audits, and operational records.
- Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track departmental performance metrics.
- Assist senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's in Hospital Administration (Preferred).
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in hospital, rehabilitation centre, healthcare, or multi-specialty clinic operations.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional healthcare teams is preferred.
