Role Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our outlets and backend operations in Kolkata. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage people, processes, inventory, reporting, and customer experience across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of driving outlet performance while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across outlets and backend kitchen
• Ensure smooth functioning of opening, closing, hygiene, and service standards
• Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and stock movement
• Coordinate with purchase, kitchen, and outlet teams for smooth operations
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and team productivity
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational SOPs
• Track outlet sales, reporting, and operational performance
• Handle vendor coordination and maintenance-related follow-ups
• Improve operational efficiency and support business expansion initiatives
• Maintain strong customer experience standards across all outlets
Qualifications
• Experience in restaurant, QSR, café, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and operational reporting
• Ability to handle multiple outlets and fast-paced operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Basic understanding of costing, wastage control, and profitability is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
