We are looking for a passionate and goal oriented Manager - Operations Execution. The goal of the Manager - Operations is to facilitate the use of executing projects right from scratch to its completion; supervising project implementation and execution through the completion of project.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- The main purpose is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the designing Team.
- Determine the clients requirements for the project
- Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience in Operations as a manager.
- Should be good in advance excel (V look Up, Pivot Table) and Powerbi
- Should possess sound computer knowledge and should be proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
- Should have good people management skills.
- Team Management - should have experience in handling minimum 12 team members
- Strong in the field management
- Highly action and result oriented
