Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end operational management to ensure efficient execution of production and business objectives.
Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor operational performance metrics, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve organizational targets.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and operational best practices.
Identify operational risks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Strengthen operational processes, workforce coordination, and execution capabilities to improve overall business performance.
Contribute to strategic planning, capacity enhancement, and operational scalability initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations function.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or composites industry preferred.
4–8 years of relevant experience in operations/manufacturing management.
Strong understanding of production operations, process optimization, and operational planning.
Experience in cross-functional coordination and team management.
Knowledge of ERP systems, operational reporting, and process monitoring.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Desired Qualification
Experience in aerospace, composites, engineering, or advanced manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge of AS9100 Rev D standards and aerospace quality management systems.
Exposure to internal/external audits, process compliance, and documentation control.
Understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence practices.
Familiarity with risk management, corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment with strong focus on quality, traceability, and compliance.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
