Operations Manager – Curer (Patient & Provider Operations) Delhi NCR | Full-time | Remote

Curer is solving this by building a system that manages the entire patient journey — from consultation to recovery — across doctors, diagnostics, paramedics, and home care.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can make this system work on the ground, every single day.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership execution role responsible for managing patient care operations, doctor onboarding, and real-time coordination across the Curer ecosystem.
You will be at the center of everything — patients, doctors, paramedics, and internal teams.
What You Will Do
Patient Case Management (HLTH Division)
- Manage active patient cases end-to-end
- Coordinate with paramedics, nurses, and vendors
- Ensure timely service delivery and patient satisfaction
- Solve real-time operational issues
Doctor Onboarding & Engagement
- Call and onboard doctors onto the iCurer platform
- Coordinate demos with the BD team
- Conduct online demos for doctors in non-BD cities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation
Lead Management & Calling
- Handle hospital leads and patient inquiries
- Convert leads through structured calling and follow-ups
- Manage leads from internal data, campaigns, and referrals
Patient Queries & App Operations
- Handle patient requests coming through the Curer app
- Guide patients through next steps in their treatment journey
- Ensure fast response times and resolution
Campaign & Outreach Handling
- Engage with doctor leads from WhatsApp and social media campaigns
- Drive conversion and onboarding
Coordination & Process Execution
- Work closely with BD, operations, and product teams
- Maintain structured tracking of cases, leads, and outcomes
- Ensure no drop-offs in the patient journey
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, healthcare, or customer handling roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and real-time execution
- Startup mindset — fast, adaptable, and accountable
Healthcare or hospital experience is a strong plus.
