Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Surat. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage supply chains, and ensure adherence to quality and supply chain standards. Responsibilities include optimizing order processing workflows, monitoring day to day activities, and driving operational excellence. The candidate will also lead a team of professionals, mentor staff to achieve performance goals, and implement strategies for process improvement.

She should have a
- Proven leadership abilities in managing teams, delegating responsibilities, and fostering collaboration.
- She should posses Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to oversee multiple operations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, budgeting, and operational scheduling processes.
- Familiarity with industrial fabrication and experience with processes such as welding, drilling, and grinding is preferred.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making based on data analysis and operational insights.
- She should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in industrial operations or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
