Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations, drive tech adoption, and manage projects along with HR-related operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution across functions
- Drive and monitor tech adoption (apps, dashboards, tools) across teams
- Handle project management, including planning, execution, tracking, and timely delivery
- Act as a bridge between operations and tech teams to resolve issues quickly
- Manage team performance, coordination, and on-ground execution
- Oversee HR operations such as attendance, onboarding support, and workforce management
- Ensure process adherence and continuously improve operational efficiency
- Track KPIs and prepare MIS reports for performance monitoring
Requirements- Experience: 2–3 years in operations / logistics / tech adoption / project management roles
- Strong understanding of on-ground operations and team handling
- Exposure to project management and execution tracking
- Experience in HR operations / workforce management
- Good working knowledge of Excel and operational tools
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
