Role Description
This full-time, on-site Operations Manager role is based in Delhi, India. The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end retail branding and signage deployment processes to ensure efficient and timely project execution. Responsibilities include vendor management, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, monitoring project performance, and ensuring quality compliance. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver retail transformation and turnkey solutions for clients.

- Proficiency in project management, workflow optimization, and resource planning
- Skills in vendor coordination, retail operations, and logistics management
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with retail branding and point-of-purchase solution delivery processes
- A bachelor's degree in operations, business management, or a related field
- Experience in similar roles within retail, FMCG, or related industries is a plus
