Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Phagwara, with flexibility to work partially from home. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, align processes with organizational goals, and ensure operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor workflows, optimize systems, and address bottlenecks to support key business initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise sales teams to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Maintain and track relationships with doctors, accounts, and lab technicians
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement
- Optimize systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic initiatives
- Ensure clear communication between sales, operations, and technical teams
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and organizational skills
- Excellent project coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in digital solutions or tech-driven organizations is a plus
