What We're Looking For
We aren't looking for a traditional manager to just sit in an office and supervise people. We need a systems-builder. We need someone who looks at a bottleneck and doesn't just fix it for the day, but builds a workflow so it never happens again.
Your Role
- Daily Oversight: You will monitor and oversee all operations. You need to have your eyes on the daily tasks of the company to ensure everything is moving as it should.
- Designing Workflows: You’ll map out how things should happen within the organization and remove the friction.
- Logistics & Vendors: Managing our supply chain (procurement, stock monitoring) by building schedules with our partners.
- Project Management: Overseeing projects handled by external teams (marketing, content creation, etc.) and managing timelines.
Requirements
- Education: MBA (preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years leading a team or managing projects.
- Clear Communication: You must be able to explain ideas simply and with clarity.
- Strong English: You need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written, to handle stakeholder communication and professional documentation.
- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (On-site).
Salary & Growth
- Probation (First 3 Months): ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month.
- After Probation: We will do a formal review. If you’ve successfully improved our systems and shown you can handle the oversight, your salary will be revised upward based on that impact.
