Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Indore for the role of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the institute. Responsibilities include administrative management, resource allocation, streamlining processes, and supervising teams to maintain operational excellence. The role also requires collaborating with staff and other stakeholders to meet organisational objectives and uphold CatalyseR's reputation for academic excellence.

Qualifications
- Seamless day-to-day center operations management
- Parent query handling and timely resolution
- Inter-department coordination and closure of tasks
- Process adherence and continuous operational improvement
- Data tracking, reporting, and accountability
Remuneration:
Basic salary range: ₹4.20 LPA – ₹6 LPA . Final take-home remuneration will be discussed during the interview.
