The Broseph Foundation, founded by Dushyant Dubey (St. Broseph), is a social services organization committed to addressing various societal challenges. The foundation focuses on supporting initiatives in mental health, civic issues, women empowerment, legal awareness, human rights, labor and employment, youth affairs, RTI & Advocacy, and vocational training. With operations in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, the organization is powered by over 15,000 volunteers and 400+ coordinators. Role Description
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the foundation to ensure effective and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing processes, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams and external service providers to streamline workflows, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for innovation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing responsibilities and people (industry-neutral).
- Proficiency in team management, project coordination, and leadership skills to motivate and guide employees as well as a large network of volunteers and coordinators
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle complex workflows and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with data analysis, budget management, and process optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges and new situations
- Experience in non-profit organizations or social service sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, social sciences, or a related field preferred
