Role: Operations Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
We are looking for a highly proactive Operations Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day execution, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role is not just about managing operations — it is about ensuring accountability, improving performance, and keeping the entire system running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations across drivers, bookings, and internal team activity
- Track employee attendance, productivity, and accountability
- Analyze driver performance (active vs idle, booking conversion, response times)
- Identify inefficiencies and take immediate action to improve performance
- Ensure app reliability by monitoring OTP delivery, crashes, and operational issues
- Coordinate with drivers, transport partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Generate daily reports on operations, performance metrics, and problem areas
- Work closely with the founder to implement process improvements and scale operations

- Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of apps, dashboards, and operational tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in logistics, operations, or startup environments
- Familiarity with Hyderabad routes and transport ecosystem
- Experience handling field teams, drivers, or ground operations
