Role Description
The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations of Bonn Tonn Gourmet. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring production efficiency, supervising staff, optimizing delivery logistics, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role also involves implementing operational policies and managing budgets to meet business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata, requiring strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including inventory management, resource planning, and workflow optimization
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and supervising employees
- Customer service and client relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and food safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Prior experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
