Role Description
We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
đź“Ť Kolkata | Full-time | In-office
Blush Tree by Brishti is looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day engine of our growing ethnic wear brand.
What you’ll own:
You’ll be responsible for managing dispatches end-to-end — packing, tracking, and ensuring daily shipments go out on time. You’ll coordinate orders, work closely with logistics partners, and make sure every delivery reaches our customers without delays.
Beyond logistics, you’ll oversee operations at our Kolkata HQ — managing tailors and vendors, maintaining stock and inventory records, coordinating with marketplace POCs, and leading team members on the ground. You’ll also pitch in on shoots and content creation when needed.

Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 6 PM | Sundays off
This is an in-office role based in South Kolkata.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in operational processes, supply chain management, and quality control
- Expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
- Experience in or knowledge of sustainable practices in the fashion industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in fashion or retail operations is a strong advantage
