We are a premier sports management company specializing in high-end corporate golf experiences, tournaments, and long-term sports brand contracts. We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and polished Head of Operations & Client Services to take complete ownership of our daily operations, key vendor networks, and relationships with Fortune 500 corporate clients.
This is a leadership role designed for a hungry, execution-focused professional ready to step into an executive ecosystem, managing high-net-worth individual (HNWI) hospitality and premium sports deliverables across India.
- Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marquee corporate clients, ensuring retention, smooth communication, and flawless contract renewals.
- End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end execution of contract deliverables and corporate golf events, ensuring 100% adherence to timelines, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
- Vendor & Venue Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with premium golf courses, country clubs, AV partners, fabricators, and luxury merchandise importers across Delhi-NCR and Pan-India.
- Team Leadership: Guide on-ground execution teams, tournament coordinators, and freelancers during major operations to maintain institutional excellence.
- Reporting & Governance: Maintain strict operational trackers, project management boards, and post-event ROI reports for corporate stakeholders.
- Requirements & Profiles We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in premium event management, sports marketing agencies or luxury hospitality/club management.
- Golf/Luxury Familiarity: While being a golfer is not mandatory, a deep understanding of corporate golf etiquette, country club dynamics, and premium lifestyle branding is highly preferred.
- Executive Polish: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact directly with CXOs and senior corporate leaders.
- Execution Grit: A proven track record of handling high-pressure event timelines, complex vendor negotiations, and unpredictable on-ground logistics.
- Location: Must be based in Delhi-NCR and willing to travel for venue meetings and events in India and Abroad when required.

- Key Responsibilities
- • Lead new business development and market expansion initiatives
- • Identify and pursue government tenders, RFPs, and large contracts
- • Build senior-level relationships with governments, embassies, and partners
- • Own end-to-end deal closure including commercial negotiations
- • Drive revenue targets, pipeline growth, and market entry strategies
- • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and local partners
- • Structure joint ventures, consortiums, and subcontracting arrangements where required
- • Manage partner performance and alignment with growth objectives
- • Set targets, monitor pipeline health, and drive performance accountability
