About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and want hands-on exposure in hiring, data operations, partner training, and day-to-day platform management, this role is the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Hiring & Onboarding – Source, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new partners
- Data Analysis – Interpret partner call data to uncover insights and drive performance improvement
- Partner Training – Train partners to deliver exceptional performance and become top contributors on the platform
- Operational Support – Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the platform.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel (Basic–Intermediate)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong multitasking abilities
- Language: Tamil/Telugu(Mandatory) + fluency in any other Indian language is a plus
