Job Purpose:The Operations Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and efficient coordination across all departments in line with the resort’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations or complaints effectively.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor staff performance across departments.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational costs to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.

Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in resort/hotel operations
- Experience in luxury hospitality segment preferred
Compensation & Benefits:- Salary: ₹45,000 per month
- Food & Accommodation shall be provided by the company
